Four markets, four very different agency landscapes.
Each Nordic country has its own buying culture, its own pricing norms, and its own roster of credible sales partners. These guides walk through what you should expect from an agency operating in each market — and what the realistic in-house alternative looks like.
Finland
Direct, technical, low-fluff buying culture. Finnish-speaking SDRs are essential under VP level. Local agency scene is small but specialised — and the in-house SDR market is brutally tight.
Sweden
Largest Nordic SaaS market, most crowded agency landscape, consensus-driven buying. Pricing is the highest in the Nordics — and the gap between top and bottom agencies is the widest.
Norway
Smaller account count, larger deal sizes. Norwegian-speaking SDRs win 2–3× more meetings than English-only. Energy / maritime / public sector dominate — they need specialised partners.
Denmark
Compact, English-fluent, fast-moving. The lowest-friction Nordic market for English-only outbound — but Danish-speaking outreach still meaningfully out-converts in mid-market.
